Shipping Policy

1. All products are priced in Euro.

2. International shipping is available. All products are packaged and shipped from our studio based in Croatia.

3. All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days, unless stated otherwise. We will inform you if there are any further delays. The delivery time may vary, depending on the destination postal services.

4. All orders will be shipped via registered mail with tracking numbers. Shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to the customer. It usually takes 2 - 3 weeks to get to USA, and 1 - 2 weeks to Europe.

5. All orders and shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.

6. Once an order ships, the customer will be responsible for tracking their order/s.

7. Upon shipping out your order, the carrier or logistics partner will be liable for shipping time and delivery. Please check with the carrier or logistics partner if there are any delays for your order.

8. If you’ve placed an order for more than 15 working days and you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office with the tracking number provided.

9. The customer is responsible for any custom duty or additional taxes that is required, based on your country's import laws and regulations. Please check with your local postal authority if you have questions on the above.

10. Customs service has the right to open the package and inspect contents, so if you notice that your package has been opened, there should be an official Customs seal on it.

Return Policy

1. All orders and shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is shipped.

2. If you receive a damaged product, please email us with pictures of the damaged product to discuss a replacement.

3. We reserve the right to issue a replacement on a case-by-case basis.

The items will be shipped with standard mail, that cost averagely from $4 - $20 (depends on the location and weight of the package). These are NOT insured and all we have is a receipt that says package was sent, with tracking number and the weight.
